A. "What We All Really Want - Part 2"

Living The Ultimate Lifestyle isn't possible if you're not healthy, so it's important to have a strategy for getting healthy (if you're not right now) and staying healthy (if you are).

As a quick review, in part one, I explained that being healthy is really about having healthy cells, and for cells to be healthy, they need 3 things:

1. Nutrients
2. Oxygen
3. The ability to eliminate their own waste

All I can talk about in this newsletter with confidence and integrity is what I do. Therefore, in this issue, I'm going to explain what I do to get my cells the nutrients they need. In part 3, I'll discuss oxygen, waste elimination, and a few other health tips I've discovered and am using.

As I define it, "Nutrients" means 3 things:

1) Vitamins
2) Minerals
3) "Other Stuff"

The body needs certain vitamins, minerals and other stuff on a daily basis. You know that. Sometimes it needs more that the average daily dose, sometimes less, sometimes it needs special nutrients to help correct a problem.

Those nutrients can come from the food we eat, the liquids we drink, and the supplements we take.

It's common knowledge that in today's world, we need to supplement the nutrients we get from the food we eat and the liquids we drink, no matter how "healthy" our diet may appear to be on the surface,

The problem is how do we do it? Which supplements do we take? There are a zillion supplements out there, and two zillion people screaming "mine is the best, mine is the best."

Like anything else I do, when I have a goal to achieve, I apply my Invisible Path to Success/11th Element system to ask for help. I wanted to know what supplements to take to get and stay healthy, and I wanted it to be as simple as possible so I could do it every day quickly and easily, whether I was traveling or at home.

After applying the system to get help cutting through all the options, hype and nonsense about supplements, I found my way to the following ones which I now use religiously -- and which you might want to consider yourself.

I'm not a Doctor and my words here are not to be construed as medical advice. I'm just sharing what I'm doing and why.

Vitamins

The multi-vitamin supplement my wife and I use is called "Complete Life."

Minerals

I also take a liquid mineral supplement called "Optimin Plus."

In order to be healthy, the body needs a variety of minerals. Some of them are more well known, like calcium, iron and magnesium. Others are less well known and are called "trace minerals" and "trace elements."

Whether well-known or obscure, they're all critical to the healthy operation of your cells and body.

These same minerals and elements are woefully in short supply in the modern, Western diet. This is due to the delirious spread of farming and agricultural techniques employed by corporate agribusiness as well as the heavily and pervasively denatured and depleted processed foods in our stores and restaurants.

The facts are fundamental: most people are NOT getting appropriate amounts of trace minerals and trace elements in their diets.

Bioplasma

Cell salts are vital mineral constituents present in human cells. They were first identified by a very renowned German physiological chemist and physicist of the early nineteenth century by the name of Dr. W. H. Schuessler. He discovered twelve different "tissue salts" and observed their presence in all healthy human cells.

He went on further to state that if an imbalance of these salts were to occur within the cells, illness could be expected to result. The type of illness would depend on which cell salt was deficient and once the balance had been restored and the cells had once more retained their correct function, the body could be expected to heal itself of any ill health.

Each of the twelve cell salts identified by Dr. Schuessler has a specific duty and a deficiency in any one salt will produce a set of symptoms.
