The
body needs certain vitamins, minerals and other
stuff on a daily basis. You know that. Sometimes
it needs more that the average daily dose, sometimes
less, sometimes it needs special nutrients to
help correct a problem.
Those
nutrients can come from the food we eat, the
liquids we drink, and the supplements we take.
It's
common knowledge that in today's world, we need
to supplement the nutrients we get from the
food we eat and the liquids we drink, no matter
how "healthy" our diet may appear
to be on the surface,
The
problem is how do we do it? Which supplements
do we take? There are a zillion supplements
out there, and two zillion people screaming
"mine is the best, mine is the best."
Like
anything else I do, when I have a goal to achieve,
I apply my Invisible Path to Success/11th Element
system to ask for help. I wanted to know what
supplements to take to get and stay healthy,
and I wanted it to be as simple as possible
so I could do it every day quickly and easily,
whether I was traveling or at home.
After
applying the system to get help cutting through
all the options, hype and nonsense about supplements,
I found my way to the following ones which I
now use religiously -- and which you might want
to consider yourself.
I'm
not a Doctor and my words here are not to be
construed as medical advice. I'm just sharing
what I'm doing and why.
Vitamins
The
multi-vitamin supplement my wife and I use is
called "Complete Life."
Complete
Life is a food compound multivitamin specifically
designed to provide superior support from a
unique combination of whole foods and essential
nutrients to promote optimal health and well-being.
The
manufacturer, "RightFoods" has carefully
selected all the nutrients, foods, and herbs
in Complete Life to create a supplement with
superior absorption and utilization.
The
whole food extracts in Complete Life contain
proteins and food compounds that act as "helping
hands" in the absorption and delivery of
vitamins and minerals to the cells that need
them. This "delivery system" is where
good health begins. Without efficient delivery,
the nutritional value of dietary vitamins and
minerals is diminished.
Tim
Collins, who you'll hear more about at the end
of the article, told me this about Complete
Life:
"I
consider Complete Life to be the single best
multivitamin, multi-mineral formula available
in the world today. I've seen no other product
of this type is so easily absorbed by the human
body. Plus, the utilization of nutrients at
a molecular level is unmatched."
You
can get Complete Life here:

The
Complete Life supplement is for adults. If you
have kids, consider using a supplement called
"Nutri Stars" made by Rainbow Light.
It's available at any health food store or search
for it online. Our 4 year old daughter, Ali,
and 18 month old son, Aidan, take this daily.
It has a similar design and intent to Complete
Life, but is designed for kids..
Minerals
I
also take a liquid mineral supplement called
"Optimin Plus."
In
order to be healthy, the body needs a variety
of minerals. Some of them are more well known,
like calcium, iron and magnesium. Others are
less well known and are called "trace minerals"
and "trace elements."
Whether
well-known or obscure, they're all critical
to the healthy operation of your cells and body.
These
same minerals and elements are woefully in short
supply in the modern, Western diet. This is
due to the delirious spread of farming and agricultural
techniques employed by corporate agribusiness
as well as the heavily and pervasively denatured
and depleted processed foods in our stores and
restaurants.
The
facts are fundamental: most people are NOT getting
appropriate amounts of trace minerals and trace
elements in their diets.
Tim
told me, "In my opinion and clinical experience,
this has led to the single largest, most profound
(and unfortunately, generally undiscussed and
unrecognized) nutritional issue/crisis facing
most adults.
Optimin
Plus includes all of the critical minerals,
trace minerals and trace elements. The Optimin
minerals are concentrated foods that your system
requires and needs to perform to its peak potential
and top functionality.
Chances
are good that you would be most wise to supplement
your diet with Optimin Ionic Minerals.
You
can get Optimin Plus at most health food stores

Other
Stuff
In
addition to vitamins and minerals, there are
two other supplements I take on a regular basis:
Bioplasma
Cell
salts are vital mineral constituents present
in human cells. They were first identified by
a very renowned German physiological chemist
and physicist of the early nineteenth century
by the name of Dr. W. H. Schuessler. He discovered
twelve different "tissue salts" and
observed their presence in all healthy human
cells.
He
went on further to state that if an imbalance
of these salts were to occur within the cells,
illness could be expected to result. The type
of illness would depend on which cell salt was
deficient and once the balance had been restored
and the cells had once more retained their correct
function, the body could be expected to heal
itself of any ill health.
Each
of the twelve cell salts identified by Dr. Schuessler
has a specific duty and a deficiency in any
one salt will produce a set of symptoms.
Bioplasma
contains all 12 of these cell salts and I take
it, as does my wife Cecily, my daughter Ali,
and my 18 month old son, Aidan.
You
can get it in any health food store, or here:

Tahitian
Noni
I
had seen ads for this product all over the place
and had concluded that it was just the latest
fad or hype product.
But
then my good friend and emotional healer Michael
Bradford told me about the product, and when
he talks, I listen, so I listened and was amazed
by what I discovered.

Beyond
Day-To-Day "Maintenance"
How
do I know how much to take of these supplements,
and whether I need additional supplements from
time to time?
I
consult Tim Collins who's both a medical professional
and a medical intuitive (someone who can tap
into the invisible network to get information
on what's going on with your body).
I
consult Tim for basic supplementation issues,
and when I need help solving a specific problem
or to heal specific symptoms. You can find out
